D. Trinidad
Hunt, President of WYN International, is an international
award-winning author, corporate consultant, trainer, public speaker and educator with over 25 years in
the field of human development. As a
corporate trainer, Trin has helped organizations advance by advancing people.
She is recognized for creating programs that develop responsible,
accountable, and highlys creative teams that are able to respond to the challenges
of a dynamic ever-changing workplace.
Many of Trin’s corporate students requested family training realizing
that their children would benefit greatly by knowing how to manage change,
resolve conflicts, and communicate more effectively.
As a former classroom teacher with a tremendous love of children, Trin
naturally responded by developing a highly successful one week youth program.
Since that time, Trin helped to create and deliver a program for 32,000
youth in Hawaii’s schools. World
Youth Network International was the obvious next step.
Trin’s book, Learning to Learn - Maximizing Your Performance Potential,
is a national bestseller and was awarded the 1992 Self-Help Book of the Year Award by the North American Bookdealers Exchange, and contains a portion of the curriculum used by WYN
International.
Lynne M. Truair, Vice President and CEO, brings more than 25
years of
corporate management experience in finance, sales, marketing and administration.
As founder and president of Lokenani International, Lynne managed a sales
force of over 3,000 people. In 1990,
she also co-founded Elan Enterprises and Elan Learning Institute, a corporate
consulting and training company. During
that time she co-created The Academy, an eight-month leadership training
program.
Lynne’s interest in youth was sparked when she and Trin developed the
various programs mentioned above for the children of corporate clients.
Her personal interest in youth is sparked by the hope that her young
grandchildren will one day have a better world in which to live.
