Lynne M. Truair - Co-founder World Youth Network InternationalLynne M. Truair, Vice President and CEO, brings more than 30 years of corporate management experience in finance, sales, marketing and administration. As founder and president of Lokenani International, Lynne managed a sales force of over 4,000 people. In 1990, she also co-founded Elan Enterprises and Elan Learning Institute, a corporate consulting and training company. During that time she co-created The Academy, an eight-month leadership training program.

Lynne’s interest in youth was sparked when she and Trinidad developed a Leadership Academy for young adults, 9-17 years of age and the children of corporate clients. Concurrently, they designed retreat programs for parents. The result was education for the entire family. Lynne and Trinidad also teamed up with Frank Delima, Hawaii’s foremost humorist and trained 32,000 students in a program on adapting to change.

Over the years, Lynne and Trinidad have co-founded three companies – World Youth Network International, a non-profit organization, Élan Enterprises LLC, and Élan Asia Pacific, delivering character education curriculum from Kindergarten to grade 12. They have also developed an anti-bullying / cyberbullying curriculum for grades 4-12 with adaption to grades K-3. Quest 4 Character, an IQ EQ SQ (Intellectual, Emotional and Social Qualities) curriculum for grades K-12 is now transformed to be delivered via the internet for global access. Additionally, Trinidad’s IQ EQ SQ and other education videos support educators in training their students in emotional and social skills.

Lynne’s commitment to training youth is fueled by the hope that her young grandchildren will one day have a better world in which to live.
